Yes. APSSPL maintains 24×7 and 365-day operational monitoring. Field officers and area supervisors make regular site visits, and the operations team remains available for client queries and emergency support.

Security personnel are appointed and supervised as per the terms of the applicable service contract.
Shift timings and duty schedules are agreed upon at the time of contract and may be revised by mutual consent.
24×7 vigilance is maintained at all deployed sites in accordance with the agreed standing orders.
Security standing orders specific to each site are issued before deployment commences.
Staff rotation is managed by APSSPL's operations team subject to operational requirements.
Payment terms are as specified in the signed service agreement.
Termination of the service agreement requires advance notice as per the contract terms.
Responsibilities for security infrastructure, CCTV and related equipment at the client site are as agreed in the contract.
Employment restrictions applicable to the security industry under statutory regulations are adhered to.
Contract duration, renewal and revision are as per the terms mutually agreed between APSSPL and the client.
